Vanders Glass Returns or Refunds Policy

Vanders Glass / Vanders Mirrors do not offer a refund for change of mind. This is mostly due to the fragile nature of our product.

Customers are only entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by consumer guarantees. This can be viewed at:

Exchange or Returns (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email vandersglass@outlook.com within 24 hours of receiving your product and document the defect or damage that has occurred.

If you would like a different size / different colour mirror to the one you originally purchased, please email us to discuss within 24 hours. Any change of mind / exchanges will be at the cost of the customer including shipping return and re delivery of new products / return of original products. This is also subject to availability of stock and timeframe of stock arriving. 

Any agreed changes must be communicated in writing to vandersglass@outlook.com within 24 hours with confirmation of your preferred size, color or style. Failure to communicate these changes within the time frame will void the return or exchange option.

If an exchange has been agreed upon by Vanders Glass, the return of your mirror must be facilitated within 14 days, this includes the courier being able to collect the mirror from your house and the customer being contactable. Failure to facilitate a return in the 14 days may result in you being charged for the product if a replacement has been received or the exchange option void.
